Secondary Group Names incorrect mapping #7

The current mapping strategy doesn't map secondary groups in the correct way. If more FQAN rules are mapped on the same group, duplicates are removed. More details on GGUS ticket: https://ggus.eu/index.php?mode=ticket_info&ticket_id=117125

Fixed in Argus release 1.7.0
