Opentsdb post querying #8

Merge the POST querying experiments back into the master branch.

Ulf / Vishwas: Am assigning both of you as reviewers. Primarily to make you aware that: a) POST based querying exists b) Its much more powerful than GET based querying c) the current argus_tal query API is based off GET based queryng.

Reviewing this PR would be a good way for you'll to be aware of this mechanism.
