Make MSF60 work too please #5

Hello!

I have a clock which works with the MSF60 time signal instead of the DCF77, and I'm way out of range. I'm not completely sure, but I think the signal is the same, but on 60 kHz instead of 77~. Would you be so kind to implement this additional feature? Thanks!
