How to operate with djvu?

Try to use djvulibre or something to:

open djvu file in read mode,
extract text as string,
analyzing it by regexp solutions.

Maybe I should write djvu-extractor, using image processing. Sounds hard to do, but it seems there are no solutions that match the case.
