Creating Public Croupier-Cloudify Docker image #4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment I am hosting the Croupier-Cloudify Docker image for the GRAPEVINE project on my private DockerHub account. However we don't have a off-the-shelf Docker image for Croupier that can be picked up by anybody and deployed for any project. Ideally we would link that Docker image to the master branch of this Github repository so that the Docker image is based on the latest version of the code (CI/CD).

Describe the solution you'd like The only solution I can think of is to create a free DockerHub account for our APC lab and host the image there.

For the moment I decided to keep the Docker image hosted on my DockerHub account at https://hub.docker.com/r/marangiop/croupier

This is the version I am running in the GRAPEVINE project currently deployed at http://cloudify.grapevine-project.eu/console/login

I have also pushed a new image to a Dockerhub account I have created for the whole unit https://hub.docker.com/r/atosariapclab/croupier-grapevine

This image is virtually the same as the image hosted on my private DockerHub, just with some unnecessary lines removed
