Add JMX monitoring to GJMSRA #26

It would be useful to add JMX related monitoring to the generic JMS RA, covering off in particular the usage of the pools. (Inbound Server sessions.) Also details of the configuration may be useful.

If possible, registering objects into the same mBeanServer that the application server that is hosting the connector.
