JDK 1.4 compatible version #9

See https://genericjmsra.dev.java.net/servlets/ReadMsg?list=issues&msgNo=32

It seems this is still the case for the 1.0. AFAIK, genericjmsra should be able to compile on jdk 1.4. Is there any reason why the binaries are only jdk 5 compatible ?

My current plan is to do this and release in next couple of weeks.
