Fix breaking piston heads and qc #3

Now it tries to break piston heads, and dust can cause qc so should be fixed too. Also to avoid dust shape change, it should check observerblock / repeaterblock/ comparatorblock target block. Shape check implement is unlikely, but will fix qc.
