Add portal lighting / water placement(replace it with ice) #5

might be able to do with fireballs / flint and steel, but fireball should be prefered(can be placed everywhere) Water bucket is buggy (mainly sync problem) so we can't really try placing buckets, and we can't place bucket without context, which means we need better placement order map. instead, try to place ice and break it. it might be better if we can use 'nearby light level', to verify that we don't have to break it manually since it will melt anyway.

Lava placement is highly order dependent, so shouldn't be placed with printer.

Portal lighting is solved, maybe I can try additional attempt to get 'flint and steel'
