Migrate sakura's forks to JITPACK & RC.1 Cleanups #77

Migrate to using JITPACK for sakura's forks. Remove "external" file dependencies. Remove the "src" files under 1.20.6 and 1.21.0 folders in favor of using Fallen Breath's Pre-Processor system.
