What steps will reproduce the problem?

Log into the archive
On the View All Stories page the blue "logged in" bar is not the same width as the story listing -- it should stretch to where the date is

This is probably really easy to fix if you know what you are doing in CSS. :D The style is defined in archive_core.css

I changed the width of the notice bar to fit the width of the story listing. But that of course also changed the width of all the other instances of the notice bar. I don't know if that is acceptable or if we don't want that?

Alternative solutions could be to:

change the width of the story listing
have a seperate class just for the notice message on the View All Stories page
set padding-right:0; in the vain hope that no notice message ever reaches the right end of the screen (just writing this makes me cringe).

Perfect solution would of course be that the css-file and therefor all elements get structured (which is in progress if I read the chat transcript right), after that my change may be redundant anyway, because then the messages should fit perfectly anyway.
