I changed the width of the notice bar to fit the width of the story listing. But that of course also changed the width of all the other instances of the notice bar. I don't know if that is acceptable or if we don't want that?
Alternative solutions could be to:
Perfect solution would of course be that the css-file and therefor all elements get structured (which is in progress if I read the chat transcript right), after that my change may be redundant anyway, because then the messages should fit perfectly anyway.

This is probably really easy to fix if you know what you are doing in CSS. :D The style is defined in archive_core.css
