The achievement banner was recently implemented with ae5ed004a7211f3a68b2fdc0d7fc1cb0cfbe69f0, but it still needs work.

[x] width of banner needs to be scaled dependent on how much room the text requires
[x] icon & text need to be justified relative to each other & banner edges
