Parallax Scrolling Backgrounds #514

💡 Describe your idea

Some maps with parallax scrolling backgrounds would look really nice. Kika clouds would be a good map for this. The view below the clouds would move at a different rate than the the foreground.

🔬 Motivation

Just some nice aesthetics.
