[ ] horned golden helmet Is currently minimum level 30 with def of 12. In comparison shadow helmet is minimum level 30 with def of 10 (in addition to light/dark resistance). Since there is not another helmet until level 45 I think it makes sense to increase the minimum level of horned golden helmet to 35 or 40.
[ ] mainio boots 5 levels higher than chaos boots but def is same.

Potential

There have also been suggestions that minimum level of vampire sword is too high.
