Update- After trying to open a bunch more yt-dlp downloaded files, it doesn't appear to be related to the size or length of the file. The video player just doesn't like about half of these videos. Same issue as described for all of them.
I'm trying to open a live stream downloaded through yt-dlp, it's ~6hrs 9.5GB. I've tried redownloading it as an mp4, webm, and mkv. The video player will show me the loading icon for a couple seconds, then go to a black screen with a play button that can't be pressed and no timestamps. Looking at it from the browser, it has the thumbnail as a frame from the first couple of minutes(not the same as the one I see on my PC) but video length is listed as 0:00.
The video plays properly in native android player/VLC. The app opens smaller files(mkv) like normal. Subtitles are as expected with proper timestamps. I have plenty of space on my device. I have tried leaving the app open on the black screen for a while, coming back to the file a while later after having the app in the background, etc in case it was just loading, but it doesn't seem like it is.
By the way, amazing app. After wading through the sea of jankness that is community made immersion tools, this seriously blew my mind. In the matter of a couple of days it has become a cornerstone of my workflow. 結婚してください Thank you very much.
