Add support for modern, better pitch dictionaries, ie: NHK, 大辞泉、新明解、大辞林 pitch accent dicts #384

For some reason, these pitch accent dicts that work on yomitan don't work on jidoujisho v2.9.0 preview 2
I think it might be a problem with structured content support or sth else.
I hope you can support them too since they are really reputable sources for pitch accent studying.
Currently only 2 pitch dicts are supported on mobile: the kanjium one and the アクセント辞典v2 [Pitch] NHK 2016.zip [Pitch] 三省堂第八版.zip [Pitch] 新明解第八版.zip [Pitch] 大辞泉.zip [Pitch] 大辞林第四版.zip [Pitch] NHK 1998.zip
