Organize Github Issues from 1st PR

We mostly finished with the abstraction of the Config & Tree struct. We need to make Github Issues to resolve:

[x] Self::A: UpperEstimate (should this be a config type?)
- C_PUCT is hard-coded
[x] Config has too many parameters -- can we decrease this?
[x] no interface for simulating and updating a Tree on loop
[x] no interface for logging progress
[x] Tree isn't generic over the 4(?+) MCTS types (visible reward, side-effeect reward, slow cost, and terminal cost)
[x] no interface for model updating
[x] no hooks into artifical neural network models
[x] no hooks into Ramsey number state-action spaces
[x] no hooks into general graph spaces
