before clearing a path $(s_0,\dots, s_t)$, cascade down from $s_t$ and update:
- [ ] transitions $(s, a)$ which lead to exhausted nodes,
- [ ] ?decay $g_T(s, a)$ values proportionally to neighborhood sizes
- [ ] improve $c_T^\ast(s)$ values
