View Recordings Screen - No Recordings Modification #27

When no recordings are present on the device, the view recordings screen should show an indication that no recordings are present and that the user can view recordings on this page. An example can be found attached to this issue that shows an example of how I want this screen to look like when no recordings are present. The message should be something along the lines of:

We couldn't find any recordings on this device. Saved recordings will show up here.
