Making Jupyter notebooks for programs. #5

Make Jupyter Notebooks for all existing programs in the repo. Jupyter notebooks should be very well descriptive. In course of doing this please clean the codes for better understanding.

Can i work on this issue? Also, some of the existing programs are already in ipynb format so they don't have to be changed, right?

@anerishah97 You can definetely work on this issue and yes some programs have already been converted to ipynb. One thing should be kept in mind while making the jupyter notebooks is that, you should make them very descriptive will every minute details.

@anerishah97 Any updates on this. I think collaborative filtering and anomaly detector don't have their jupyter notebooks made. Please try to do them.

Hello! Sorry for late update, I am working on it. I had my exams but I am done now, so I can dedicate my full time to it
