Add more examples of machine learning problems. #6

Add more programs solving some generic machine learning problems using frameworks like scikit-learn, tensorflow, pytorch etc. These examples should help a ML newbie to understand and learn these ML frameworks.

actually i am new to ML so i am studying it and write some problems of it, thats what i understood by the issue. Is the issue something different?

Is anyone working on this? Can I add some DT Algos and Bayesian Algos?
