support protocol ms-its

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to follow the link: ms-its:Hegel_01.chm::/hw101000.htm (external file).
2. Warning: ms-its is not a registered protocol.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
chmsee should be able to open the file at the desired page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
chmsee-1.0.7 on openSUSE 11.1.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not able to distribute the files that have this “feature” (protected by
copyright). I can report what you might need as long as you tell me how to
report.

ChmSee support "file.chm::page.html" format since version 1.2.0-rc1.
