Disappointing #20

So far for all the source code cleanup, it seems much, much buggier than the original, especially in UI.

Noted so far - scroll to bottom of tree list, see partial or complete repeat of last entry after re-sizing tree graph. Sometimes multiple partial fragments.

Resize tree graph, see partial tree graph colors over top of tree list, above split control (!).

.ISO file not included in file list after double-click (!) on plus to view contents of folder. In fact, .ISO file seems to be completely ignored (!).

In options, highlighting rectangle color set to (default) white, in tree graph, actual rectangle is black.

Right-click folder, no Explore option.

While scanning drive, wait cursor shows but Windows puts "not responding" in titlebar of Window.

These are absolutely valid criticisms, things which I do hope to resolve at some point. When, exactly, I don't know. Life is a weird thing, and I haven't been able to work on this in quite a while 😡

One pandemic later, I can assure you I still think about this project a lot, I'm just not in a position to work on it enough yet.

For what it's worth, Treesize Free and Wiztree are both reasonably fast due to also checking the USN Journal – so it's not like you should bash yourself over the head for leaving altWinDirStat fans with no good alternative.

@Luckz I do really appreciate continuing interest and kind words. I would like to do things like that. IIRC Wiztree is the fastest that I've seen yet, though (again, IIRC) it's not open source?

These days I've been spending a lot of time working on COVID airborne safety, trying to raise awareness of the things we can do to slow (or stop) the spread. I built an app to track CO2 measurements for use by all the CO2 guerillas out there, and it's gotten a moderate amount of traction. It's neat, and I'm kinda proud of it! I hope it helps some people, and I do have people in several countries.

Most of the world though seems hopelessly fixated on droplets, and also are placing all of our hopes on the vaccines 🤷‍♂️ - they're almost magically good, but I worry that they're not enough to beat this.

It's moderately time consuming to work on though, and combined with looking for a good job to get a proper career going, I just don't have time to focus on this project 😭🤦‍♂️
