[Request] Jump to top of uYouEnhanced settings, missing native tap to skip time setting #782

Is there an existing issue for this?

Do you use YouTube Premium?

❌ No, I don't use YouTube Premium

My feature request

This is as minor as it gets - but being able to quickly jump to the top of the page by tapping the status bar is expected behaviour, and implementing it would improve usability, especially if you test new builds and different settings multiple times a week/day.

Also, the native youtube setting for how many seconds tap to skip skips is missing.

Disable the uYouEnhanced Option called Use New Settings UI

Usually when the option is disabled, it fixes the invisible tap to skip time setting bug.
