Add multi manual mode feature #159

Multi manual mode keeps add manual time dialog opened when time is submitted.
To close the dialog, tap next to dialog or click OK when no time is entered.
Add setting to enable multi manual mode.

Can be very useful when not using the scrambles from the app (during matches for example) and submit the times recorded by real timer (e.g. stackmat).

This is also a feature i wanted to add, how is the communication going for this project ? And I see you have one commit done for this feature, is it the full feature or is it missing some things ? :)
