explisitly set rounded corners style of channels (edges with circle)
update position of plugin missing label to the bottom middle of diagram (to avoid overlapping with other diagram parts)
base64 encode the icons of toolbar actions (otherwise they are not shown at app.diagrams.net in Chrome)
Read settings from Editor.globalVars instead of localStorage
Update documentation with new way to configure plugin in various environments
Add docs to workaround app.diagrams.net restrictions of plugin domains

Few notes:

Currently the "hediet.vscode-drawio.globalVars" VSCode setting works only if you install insiders build version of the Draw.io Integration extension (also available in the marketplace), because the author of the extension merged corresponding PR #304, which introduces this setting, today.
The README.md has a link to my repo for bookmarklet. You can publish the content of gh-pages branch of my fork to your repo (same branch) and update the link in README.

I added GitHub pages content and script. To make it work, please enable GitHub pages feature in Settings --> Pages and configure it to look at main branch and /docs folder.
