Database that permits the storage and retrieval of the data structures described in Issue 3
Schema designs and corresponding tables

~Create a Postgres datastore in aws. (Done!)~
~Create schemas for the Postgres store~
Populate the tables with data in the Talk Show Export Hack sheet in the Data Spreadsheet
