Broad idea

The app should include all the steps needed for recruitment:

• for candidates:
• • application forms
• • job position details
• • maybe a section for them to see what information we have stored an easy way to request deletion?
• for users:
• • lists of candidates with filters and columns to move people around
• • details for each dandidate (should support being not read and marked as not read)
• • comments and notes
• • stats (tables and graphs)

Users:

• login with github (only allowed emails)
• different roles (admin/recruiter/guest)
• admin can add users with different roles and access every feature
• recruiter can manage and see all candidates
• guests can only see information of the candidates asseigned to
• all actions should be logged (we can use an event sourcing pattern)

Candidate:

• application information (split in different columns for easier display and stats)
• extra fields for stats (country, gender?)
• position (full time rails / react, contractor, etc, configurable)
• different fields for the different states showing the dates for each action

Application forms:

• we can start hardcoding forms, at some point maybe we can have a form builder panel to add different steps, types, connections, transitions, etc

Integrations:

• actions on candidates can be configured to send emails to candidates
• should create a project for a candidate's pair sessions
• when a candidate applies, it should notify that on slack
• we should use google analytics to track events to analyze where are users leaving the process

Eventually also it would be a great for an applicant to be able to check their status
(know where they are in the recruitment process)

Also information for the applicant on what we are using their data for (or automatic deletion after a certain amount of time)
