Add Video Controls (Play/Pause/Rewind/etc) in Media Browser preview,
preview column, and live controls.

Video controls added for videos played using phonon - however Phonon is not 
enabled
currently. The API will be used for background loops soon as well - just havn't 
got
there yet.

The controls API has been tested and enhanced to the point where the generic 
controls
API is useable. Working on making the slider work with the current ffmpeg/QVideo
background - may have to disable the slider for now and only have
play/pause/rr/ff/etc buttons.

Play/pause button implementation complete in r483 - usable in preview column 
and live
controls. In r474, play/pause completed in MediaBrowser, along with the 
auto-play
feature from Issue #11.
