Bible Module - Send Selected Verses Straight to Output #45

I'd like a button that sends the current verse(s) directly to the live
output, instead of having to add them to a slide group first and then have
to also scroll down to the new slide group and send it live.

Implemented in r486 - button to the left of the "+" button.
