I had an incorrect interpretation of the request. This is really a behavioral 
change
rather than an additional user-configurable preference. Will impl behavioral 
change
next rev.

Implemented in r489 as a min/max font size, instead of just a min font size. 
This is
the same behaviour as used in the Songs module.
