Incorrect display on foldback during cross fade from Song to Non-Song Group #54

When changing from song slide to non-song slide on foldback, the song slide
filter is taken off, exposing original song slide during cross fade.

*Reproduce:*
(Assuming foldback display is enabled)
1. Send a song to foldback
2. Send non-song to foldback

As soon as you click "Send to output" for #2 (the non-song), the foldback
display will update to show the un-filtered version of the song slide (e.g.
blue background, centered text, whatever) instead of the filtered text that
usually shows on the foldback. This unfiltered slide will then be used as
the cross-fade slide during the cross-fade to the new slide group.

This doesn't really affect usability so much as it (a) looks funny, (b)
isn't really "right" and (c) may be indicative of a deeper problem. For
now, it's a low priority, but logging it anyway for future reference and
possible fixing.

Placing on Hold until I can decide if this needs fixed or canceled. For now, I'm
delaying that decision till later.
