Bible Module - Add text eliding or move verse ref back into preview text #57

In the bible module, when the verse ref is quite long (say 1 Thessalonians
3:20-25), the verse ref label above the preview text pushes the width of
the left column too wide (or wider than I'd like.) Therefore, would be nice
to add text eliding ('...' in middle of book name) or move the reference
back into preview text.
