Using the search box in MediaBrowser in large video folders causes UI freeze for 10-30 seconds #58

1. Navigate to folder with a large number of videos (100-200)
2. Allow all thumbnails to load (to eliminate that as a source of slowdown)
3. Enter obvious text in the search box (such as part of the name of a
video that is visible)
4. UI then freezes for 10-30 seconds while searching
5. Clicking the 'clear' button results in another freeze while UI updates
