Update MediaBrowser to add videos to the document using the new VideoSlideGroup #59

When using the '+' button (add button) in media browser to add a video
directly to the document (instead of as a background), media browser should
add it as a VideoSlideGroup instead of just as a background video to a
regular slide group.
