Foldback - Displays text box too high clipping first line on first display
of slide, subsequent displays are correct.

This appears on song slides that contain a lot of text - the first time
that slide is displayed on foldback, it displays with the top slightly off
the top of the screen. But if you change slides to another slide, then come
back to the "problem" slide - it shows correctly.

Having trouble reproducing. Ran into another bug using network viewer at PHC - 
will
work on it next time I'm up there.

Fixed as of r988 - there was a bug in the 'auto size' code reporting the box 
height as taller than actual size.
