Turn non-linked items into optgroups #54

Can you provide a way to turn non-linked list items into optgroups so they aren't selectable? or maybe provide a class for list items that shouldn't be selectable when converted into a select list.

Haven't tried yet, but this might work https://github.com/charlimmelman/TinyNav.js/commit/04cd8e9e33f4ef67c313870e46e95e1f6f7c08ef

Though I think that sets the option to disabled instead of making it an optgroup
