Throbber needs to show on every query in the results. #1

When a query is first displayed, a query executes with an exception, or a
statement is executed without a select statement in it only the log tab
will be shown in the results without any result set table. At current the
throbber is shown in all the result set tables in the top left corner but
if there is no result set then the throbber won't be shown. The throbber
should appear in a place that is always visible or should be shown
somewhere on the log tab as well as the result set tables.
