Open wabit file with connection that is not set up on client #20

When you open a wabit file that uses a connection that isn't set up on your
client yet, Wabit return an exception and you can't open the project.
Instead of an exception, Wabit should give the user the chance to add/setup
the connection so the user can open the project.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a project that uses a connection that doesn't exist on your client

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
