Turning on grouping causes two executions of the SQL Statement #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a query in the Query Pen.
2. Turn on grouping.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the log there should be at most one additional execution from before
grouping being enabled when the group becomes enabled. However, there are
currently two executions being added to the log.
