Carbon assessment storyline needs attention #36

The carbon assessment storyline does not document many of the result concepts. In some case this is due to using/not using Class at the end of the concept - e.g. VegetationAndSoilCarbonStorage is documented but VegetationAndSoilCarbonStorageClass is produced. In other cases things seem to be missing. For example in the San Pedro carbon assessment only input data are visible in the GUI.

Please double-check all results and ensure they're documented appropriately. If it isn't possible to use consistent concepts for all outputs across different case studies, please duplicate the concept pages as needed.

Multiple small fixes to the carbon storyline complete. Need to go through all other storylines, plus test all storylines.

Ferd: One highly relevant question: to extract output data into the storyline, are we calling on the concept from the old undiscretizer? That's how I've been entering it but it could be a source of problems if that's not the case.
