what to do with the same concept from multiple years (i.e., temporal scale in input data)? #44

I've sent a couple emails to this nature but this is your github issue reminder. This will become more important once I have a student pulling data for me, which in many cases will come from multiple years. In other words, an answer by late January would be optimal.

OK, as we heard on today's call this will be addressed in the new modeling language - i.e., it will be easier to specify both spatial and temporal elements of a model run.
