Enhancement: Allow opening local files without full path #212

I would like to use qtweb for a multimedia dvd, where you start the browser and 
the index.html in the root folder of the dvd opens as home. But it's not 
possible to set that file as home, since the drive letter must be part of the 
url.
It would be nice if there was a way to set that file as home via commandline 
switch.
