Hello, I submitted your PCB to JLCPCB but many components are missing. Can you share me your BOM file and the placement file? Note: I use EASYEDA to generate bom file from your pcb file.

Thanks;

Hello, I do not think that my BOM and placement files will help you much for 2 reasons:

1) The last revision of the PCB / Layout includes the bug fix of some issues (f.i. USB debugging / flashing not working) that are not present in my boards. I have modified my boards manually at arrival (see pictures in the Readme file)

2) The part availability in JLCPCB changes very dynamically from one day to another. It is important therefore to check always for alternatives. One part f.i. which changes a lot is the main inductor L1 (If 68nH are not available choose the next higher value). If you want I can help you, just post the parts and alternatives proposed and I can tell you if they fit or not.

bom from JLCPCB.xls Here, it is. I made some manual picks and some guess, still some components are missing, especially PCA9555. But the price is nearly 50$ per board now exclusive of ESP32, maybe due to increase in chip price

For the PCA9555, there seems to be a part in stock, but you have to check if you have to adapt slightly the package or if it fully fits: C133183 In general I have always been able to find replacements, for now I did not have to solder anything by myself apart of the ESP32-WROOM, through-hole connectors, usb connector and the E22 Lora module. It is just an exercise of looking for alternative parts in the database and check if the package still fits, if not you will have to slightly adapt in Kicad, or buy the part separately and solder it yourself
