I'm filing this because I'd like to see PRANK packaged in Debian and Ubuntu.
One of the Debian maintainers has noted that while PRANK in general is
distributed under GPL-v3, the files eigen.h and eigen.cpp have been copied from
PAML and there is no indication that the PAML copyright holders have granted
permission for their code to be distributed under this license, or indeed to be
distributed at all for "non-academic" use.
If anyone is able to clarify the license terms for these files then it should
unblock PRANK for distribution as a Debian package.
