ff doesnt work like normal windows on Win7 #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. if you drag a window to the top of the desktop it is maximised, that
doesnt work 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should maximise

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.4 on win7

Please provide any additional information below.
maybe this issue is related to issue #8. if you would use standard windows
window bar settings than it would act as normal window (dont know if this
is possible, just my thoughts)
