Dual monitors - can't maximise to secondary monitor

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chrominframe
2. Configure two monitors: Primary 1920x1200, Secondary 1280x800
3. Move Firefox window to secondary monitor and click "Maximise"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the window to maximise to fill the secondary monitor.
Instead it maximises to fill the primary monitor.
There seems to be no way of maximising to the secondary monitor.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinXP SP3
Firefox 3.5.6
Chromin Frame 1.0.9.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately 1.0.9.6 did not fix this issue for 
me. 

I've attached a screenshot of my monitor setup. Please let me know if there's 
any
further information that I can provide.
