double click on tab bar to open a new tab no longer work after update ChrominFrame.1.0.9.6 #20

after update the ChrominFrame.1.0.9.6, the function double click on a empty
space on the tab bar to create a new tab has stopped working

A lot of people used to dblclick on any place of header to open a new tab. 
Changing
the behaviour may break habits formed over the years. I think the better 
solution is
to add control in plugin settings, which defines how it shall behave on 
dblclick.
