Support for transparent Window in Vista/Win7 #8

It would be look much nicer if theme window chrome is where transparent
like Chrome in Vista/Win7. And the Border in normal window mode a little
stronger.

It seams this addon works 100% on WindowsXP (whatever firefox version it is). 
But in
windows7 I think it has some visual issues.
