Aurelia Bundling #2

It seems during install the aurelia mask package does not install an "aurelia-mask@1.1.4.js" file. This file is necessary for aurelia bundling to work correctly.

looks like we need jspm.main to be set to something. I guess index?

ok, file appears to show up in 1.1.5
